Spa Etiquette
Spa Facilities
To help you get the best out of your time with us, we have put together a spa etiquette guide. Please note spa facilities can be added onto any treatment for a supplement or it is included for free if you book in for any of our spa day packages.
Spa day etiquette
To make the most out of your time with us and in respect for other guests, please ensure your mobile phone is switched off during your visit.
Arrival
It’s advisable to arrive 1 hour and 15 minutes before your appointment time to make the most of the spa facilities before your treatments begin. Late arrival will result in shortened time in the facilities.
What to bring
Swimming costumes must be worn at all times in all areas of the spa. Towels, Robes and Slippers will be provided. There will be lockers available for your personal belongings. We recommend leaving valuables at home.
Children
Children under the age of 16 will not be allowed to use the spa facilities or accompany an adult in to this area. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Food and drink
Food and drink will not be permitted to enter our spa facilities due to health and safety rules.
Sit back and relax
We will provide refreshments for you throughout the day to keep you hydrated. We provide magazines and you’re welcome to bring along your own books and magazines. Remember to make the most of your time for you in this tranquil environment.
