MEMBERSHIP 

The membership is for a minimum fixed term of 12 months. After the initial 12-month period, the membership will automatically renew on a rolling yearly basis unless cancelled by the member. Memberships cannot be cancelled during the initial 12-month term. After the first year, members may cancel at any time by providing one month’s notice. Cancellation must be made either in salon, by email or over the phone with management. The cancellation process will be simple and straightforward, with no unnecessary steps. No refunds will be issued for payments already made. Membership fees are charged automatically on a monthly basis to the payment method on file. Members agree to keep payment details up to date. If a payment fails, membership benefits may be suspended until payment is resolved. One month’s payment is taken at the time of sign-up, followed by 11 subsequent monthly payments. Included services cannot be carried over to the following month. Expired or unused services cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person. All bookings are subject to availability. Members are expected to provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeited services or applicable fees. Freeze requests must be made in writing with sufficient notice. Approval of a freeze request is considered on an individual basis and is not guaranteed. Membership benefits cannot be used while the account is frozen. Bespoke You may update membership terms or pricing from time to time. Members will be notified of any changes. Any price changes will apply from the next renewal date, unless required earlier by law. Memberships are non-transferable and for individual use only. By joining, you accept these terms and agree to comply with all salon policies. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under consumer law. These terms are governed by applicable local laws in your region. Members must inform the salon of any medical conditions, allergies, or changes to health that may affect treatment suitability. The salon reserves the right to refuse or modify treatments for safety reasons. This protects you if a treatment cannot be performed due to health issue. Bespoke You may update the treatment menu at any time.If a service included in your membership is discontinued, a suitable alternative will be offered.
