1.Establish a morning self-care routine
Making and taking time for yourself each morning helps get you ahead of the day’s stress.
2. Reward yourself.

3. Get plenty of sleep.
Ideally sleep at least eight hours every night.
4. Reflect on the three best things that happened today.
It is a good evening routine where you can reflect. In the evenings, typically right before you sleep, write down the three best things that happened to you that day.

If you are overloaded with work, many times we’ll just head home and crash after the day is done. But it is important to make time for family and friends.
